So I thought I would further explain my madness. If (as Einstein theorized) every moment that has ever been and ever will be exists the same as this instant, then it should be possible to travel to those other moments the same way you travel to San Francisco or New York. The only thing limiting us from making this passage is technology, the same way our current technological development prevents us from traveling to say Alpha Centauri. Science fiction describes ways in which this travel might be achieved, wormholes, relativistic acceleration, thought projection, etc.
If as I theorize, there is nothing but this moment, then you can eliminate time travel as a possibility. Even if you could devise a way to reverse entropy and enclose yourself in a bubble that shielded you from the effects of the reversal, time travel into the past would just be an illusion because there is still only this moment.
